The FISA Group
FISA is a family-owned company founded by the De Simon family in 1960. The third generation of the family has now joined the company and continues the entrepreneurial journey with daily and comprehensive involvement. This enables FISA to be quick and effective in decision-making, as required by our markets.
FISA’s headquarters and production facility are located in Osoppo, covering approximately 12,000 square meters of indoor space, with a recent investment in a new facility adjacent to the existing one. The site is located within an important industrial hub in the northeast of Italy, a strategic position for European markets.
In 2020, FISA acquired IMET, one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of railway interiors and seating systems.
Following the acquisition, a new facility was opened in Pescara, covering approximately 5,500 square meters and employing 40 staff members.
Through this acquisition, FISA has expanded its product portfolio with interior solutions, offering customers a more comprehensive proposition while increasing production capacity. In 2026, the number of employees had exceeded 150, reflecting steady and continuous growth of the group.
